How it is used — The system operates across a wide range of social-security processes, including applications, changes of circumstances and interventions, ingesting structured data, semi-structured forms and unstructured content such as documents and call recordings. It functions within operational fraud-investigation and intelligence workflows, supporting fraud intelligence, investigation, analysts and case managers, through the reactive and proactive identification of potential fraud and error cases and enriched, AI-driven investigative insights. It also aims to reduce operational costs and improve staff experience by streamlining these processes.
