How does our product work?
Vehicle location traces are compared against scheduled running times segment by segment. Segments where delay is consistent rather than occasional are flagged, together with the times of day it occurs.
Outputs concern road segments and timetables. No output concerns any driver.
Overview
Punctuality was previously reported as a single figure per route, which told you a route was late but not where or why. The usual response was to pad the timetable, which slows every journey to absorb one bottleneck.
Segment-level analysis makes it possible to fix the bottleneck instead — a junction, a bus lane gap, a stop layout.

System description
That the analysis is explicitly not about individual drivers is a condition of the data sharing agreement with operators, and driver identifiers are removed before the data reaches this system.
