Decisions for Microsoft Teams

Overview — Decisions for Microsoft Teams is a plug-in that provides AI-augmented meeting management, helping users better plan and manage the administration around meetings.

How it is used — It integrates with Microsoft Teams and Outlook and supports agenda collaboration, generation and distribution; the recording of minutes, actions and decisions; and the secure storage and distribution of meeting outputs. Its structured agendas, task assignment and decision tracking help teams stay aligned and accountable and reduce administrative overhead, and its audit-friendly features support the traceability and transparency of decisions.

Scope and limitations — The tool is currently used within the core Scottish Government and is being tested and piloted within a number of other bodies, including Social Security Scotland.
