How does our product work?

Each application is compared with previous applications for similarity of described activity, costs and delivery period. Close matches are listed for an assessor.

A match is a prompt to check, not a finding. Applicants are asked about it before any decision.

Overview

Applying to several funds is legitimate and often encouraged. Being paid twice for the same costs is not, and it was previously only caught by chance when the same assessor happened to see both applications.

Systematic comparison replaces that coincidence.

System description

Comparison is limited to applications to funds administered by this organisation. Similarity scores are never shown to applicants and never recorded on an application's decision record; only the assessor's conclusion is.
