How does our product work?

Source text in English is translated into the target language and returned as a draft with a per-sentence confidence indicator. Sentences the system is least sure about are highlighted for the reviewer.

Nothing reaches the public without a named human translator approving it. Legal notices and health advice are excluded from the service entirely.

Overview

Demand for translated public information has always exceeded what our translator capacity could produce, which in practice meant some communities waited weeks for information others had on day one.

Drafting has roughly tripled the volume a translator can turn around, so more material is available sooner in more languages.

More detailed information on the system

Here you can get acquainted with the information used by the system, the operating logic, and its governance in the areas that interest you.

System description

Translation memory from previously approved translations is applied before the model runs, so established terminology stays consistent and the model is only asked for what is genuinely new.

Reviewer corrections feed back into the translation memory, which measurably improves the next draft in the same subject area.
